When and where can I weigh in?
All weigh-ins/check-ins will be held at Nutrishop Columbia. (Closed on Sundays).
▶ Initial weigh-ins: Monday-Saturday, January 8-13, 2024.
▶ Check-ins: Bi-weekly (a minimum of 4 check-ins are mandatory).
▶ Final weigh-ins: Monday-Saturday, March 4-9, 2024.
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh in during the starting week as shown above and must complete at least four (4) check-ins in person at Nutrishop Columbia.
▶ (Please note: You are allowed to miss only one (1) check-in to remain eligible for prizes).
▶ ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST DOWNLOAD FIT MANAGER APP ( and keep track of progress.
▶ You must check in at Nutrishop CoMo on Facebook at least once.

How to earn points:
Points are earned by losing body fat lbs and gaining muscle lbs. You will lose points if you gain fat and/or lose muscle
1 point for every fat lbs lost
1 point for every muscle lbs gained

First, you'll hop on our state of the art digital impedance scale. This device will provide you with the most accurate data on your body's current state.
Goal and Macros
Then, we will discuss your goal, set it in the Fitmanager app, and tune your macros. Both metrics will be made available in your fitmanager app profile.
InBody Results Review
One of our trained staff members will review your InBody data to get a clear picture of your fitness level and how to best approach your goal.

Besaed on your InBody data, goal and macros, the fitmanager program will suggest the best supplements to help your reach and surpass your fitness goal.

How to collect points
+1 lbs
1 Point for each pound of muscle gained
-1 lbs

Frequetly Asked Question
Do I have we attend all weigh-in dates?
That depends on if the hosting location has marked any/all of the weigh-in windows as required. If, so, then you will be removed from the challenge if you miss that/any weigh-in window. The hosting location can reinstate yo into the challenge if the rules of the event allow.
Can I lose points?
Yes. If any of the body metrics that are used to award points move in the "wrong" direction, you will lose points for the reverse progress.
How do I track my progress on the leaderboard?
By joining the challenge, you get free access to the Fitmanager app. This app will allow you to take your weigh-in data home with you as well as track your progress in the challenge.
Will I be notified if I win?
Yes, your hosting location will notify you if you are among the winners.
You can also track your placement in the Fitmanager app. Please note, that the standings in the app are subject to change. The hosting location will review the accuracy of the points and make adjustments as needed before announcing the final winners.
