What are the categories?
Women and Men: All ages are welcome to participate.
When and where can I weigh-in?
NOTE: All participants must finish all check-ins/weigh-ins at the store location where you started.
• Initial weigh-ins: Friday-Monday, May 12th-15th, 2023 at Nutrishop Riverside OR Moreno Valley.
• Check-ins #1: Friday-Monday, May 26th-29th, 2023.
• Check-ins #2: Friday-Monday, June 9th-12th, 2023.
• Final weigh-ins: Friday-Monday, June 23rd-26th, 2023.
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh-in and and check-in as shown above, at the location of your initial weigh-in,
either Nutrishop Riverside OR Moreno Valley every two weeks.
Regardless of goals, you are eligible to participate in the The Body Transformation Challenge.

How to earn points:
The winners will be determined upon the following point system.
• .1 pound of muscle gain = 1 point
• .1% body fat loss = 1 point
NOTE: Whichever store location you chose to begin the Challenge, will be the same store location you must complete all of your check-ins/weigh-ins.

A total of 12 category winners (6 at each Nutrishop Riverside and Moreno Valley locations).
• 1st Place winners: 1-female and 1-male will each win $150 CASH plus a $150 Nutrishop gift card.*

First, you'll hop on our state of the art digital impedance scale. This device will provide you with the most accurate data on your body's current state.
Goal and Macros
Then, we will discuss your goal, set it in the Fitmanager app, and tune your macros. Both metrics will be made available in your fitmanager app profile.
InBody Results Review
One of our trained staff members will review your InBody data to get a clear picture of your fitness level and how to best approach your goal.
Supplement Suggestions

Besaed on your InBody data, goal and macros, the fitmanager program will suggest the best supplements to help your reach and surpass your fitness goal.
Meal Plan
Eating is the key. We will use the InBody data and Fitmanager macros to create you a meal plan you can actually fallow.

How to collect points

1 Point for each pound of muscle gained

Notes: The loss of muscle and/or the gain of body fat will result in the removal of points.

Do I have we attend all weigh-in dates?
That depends on if the hosting location has marked any/all of the weigh-in windows as required. If, so, then you will be removed from the challenge if you miss that/any weigh-in window. The hosting location can reinstate yo into the challenge if the rules of the event allow.
Can I lose points?

How do I track my progress on the leaderboard?
By joining the challenge, you get free access to the Fitmanager app. This app will allow you to take your weigh-in data home with you as well as track your progress in the challenge.
